I understand your question. Unfortunately items like this that are virtually "one-of-a-kind" don't have a specific value attached to them.

Here's a plastic set with similar graphics in nice, but used condition without the box. they sold for $36, after being on the market for almost four months.

Yours has a box and presumably less damage, so it should technically be worth more than whatever the other set eventually sells for, but you'd have to be able to get it in front of the right buyer. If your set looks like it might be much older, that might add value, too. But again, you'd have to find a buyer who knows what it is and doesn't already have one.
I'm copying your question to Fred Fox, a friend who runs Noel Kat, a vintage Christmas decoration store. He knows WAY more than I about 90% of this stuff, and he may have even seen these change hands before.
