Post subject: | Finding Prewar Mazda bulbs |
A reader writes: I just purchased a few Christmas light sets (pre WW2) from ebay. Im new to collecting old Xmas light sets but I have an appreciation for the box artwork and the color of light the strands emit.. I dont plan on using them on a tree, but would you know the best place to purchase Mazda lights that are period correct for these.? I would be interested in vintage light bulbs, NOS bulbs, as well as sources for newly manufactured bulbs made to look period. ---------------------------------------- Since I was so slow getting back to you, you probably already have tracked down what you need, but I am posting your question on the OldChristmasTreeLights.com discussion forum, in case anyone else has suggestions. In the meantime, please have a wonderful holiday season! |

I suggest searching on FLICKR. Many people photos of their treasures, complete with the box, in all original condition https://www.flickr.com/ |
