I'm sorry I don't know anyone who makes their own bubble lights or where I would start. I'll put this question online in case someone who DOES know can answer.

I think it would be tough to do as you would need some warmth off an incandescent light to warm the bubble vial to produce the bubbling action, I may be wrong but LEDs give off very little to no warmth at all.
