Restoring Vintage Christmas Light Reflectors.

So, I've been working on restoring a few sets of old Christmas lights and I've noticed the reflectors are often in pretty bad shape – tarnished, scratched, or even missing altogether. I'm curious, what methods have you all found to be most effective for restoring these reflectors? I've tried polishing with some success, but I'm wondering if there are any specific products or techniques that work particularly well for bringing back their shine without damaging them. Also, any tips on finding replacement reflectors that are a good match for the originals? I'm especially interested in restoring some of the more unusual reflector shapes.
